We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description
of the problem.

In particular, could you open a terminal and write "gnome-cups-manager &> gnome-cups-manager.log" ? Then, please repeat the same steps until you choose Raw-->Queue, then cancel and attach the file gnome-cups-manager.log to this bug report. Thanks.
