[Bug 43904] [Dapper] Buttons have graphics artifacts with Human theme

Description:
On my Dell Inspiron 5100 laptop some buttons have graphics artifacts.
This is only when the Human theme is loaded. Mousing over the buttons
causes the artifacts to disappear. Only some buttons are effected, one
example is the repository selection window in Synaptic, I will attach a
screenshot of that. The laptop has an ATI Radeon Mobility 7500 graphics
chip and is running the "ati" X driver.
