another thing, this bug seems similar to #41310, #27107, and #40714 (just founded while searchng for the one i've posted.

firefox-homepage - status is manual.
 link currently points to /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/index.html
/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/firefox-index.html - priority 40
 slave firefox-homepage-locales: /usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales-ubuntu
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/index.html - priority 40
 slave firefox-homepage-locales: /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/locales
Current `best' version is /usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/firefox-index.html.
