Public bug reported:

Affects: gnome-session (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Wishlist
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
It would be great to have something like pressing "Ctrl" or "Alt" while
opening the logout dialog to automatically save the session (the default
behavior doesn't save it, which is good) at logout. That way, if you
want to set a clean start session (or update it), you can do it pretty
quickly without having to go in the preferences, activate session
saving, then log out, log in again, disable saving, etc.

** Changed in: gnome-session (Ubuntu)
     Severity: Normal => Wishlist

** Summary changed:

- Feature request : shortcut the save session while logging out
