[Bug 44298] icons for file-roller

Public bug reported:

It would be better to have tangerine icons for file-roller toolbar.

They are:
- package-add
- package-extract
- file-view

The problem is this icons aren't themeable.
They are included as C source code.

Until these icons are themeable, some tango icons could be included in
file-roller package.
