[Bug 44343] Enhance eog shortcuts

Public bug reported:

When double-clicking on a pictures, eog displays the "next" and
"previous" buttons to navigate through pictures inside the same
directory : that's a big improvement over last version.

However, most users are used to switching between windows by pressing
the "right arrow" and "left arrow" keys (or maybe "up" and "down"), and
eog doesn't support those. The current shortcuts (Ctrl-PgDown and Ctrl-
PageUp) aren't very convenient, especially when your right hand is busy
with the mouse, clicking on the zoom/rotate/etc. buttons.

Since "right arrow" and "left arrow" aren't used for anything else in
this context, I would suggest linking them to "next" and "previous".
