[Bug 44395] Gaim offers two different methods of obtaining online help

I think this is more of a gaim bug but that isn't covered by launchpad.
In gaim's help menu, links are provided to two seperate locations, one
called "Online Help" (which takes you to gaim's website) and the other
"Get Help Online" (which takes you to launchpad).

If both are to be kept, it should be made clear to the user what the
difference between the two is, espically as it is located in the help
menu and the user is likely to be confused at this point already.
