[Bug 44339] Re: Regression in usplash artwork

Okay, we've been having an active discussion on the Ubuntu-Art list
about this, and I posted a pretty good one that I made (which I shall
attach to this bug).

The new one I made is simliar design wise to the current one, but has a
redone gloss effect and better intergration style wise to the new
desktop design.
