Public bug reported:

When you add a printer, as it takes time, there is a "Reading printer database" window to give the user some feedback.
That's very nice and useful, but I think this window looks really very "cheap". Maybe we could use a normal Gnome dialog, which looks better ?

I attached a screenshot showing mock-ups I did with "zenity".

What I modified:

1) Changed the window title from the not too sexy "gnome-cups-add"
string to something better looking/better formatted : "Gnome CUPS
Manager".

2) I replaced the ugly "default" program icon in the title bar, with the nice little gnome printer icon:
/usr/share/icons/gnome/16x16/devices/gnome-dev-printer.png

3) I removed the bold effect, was overkill.

4) I made the window a little wider, to let the text "breather" a bit...

Of course we don't need the "OK" button, it's useless here. I meant to
remove it, but after reading the man page for zenity, I could not find
an option to do so... :-(

Also, as illustrated in the picture, I think we could use this dialog in
two other circunstances:

- When right-clicking on a printer and selecting "properties"
- When deleting a printer.

because these two actions take quite some time to execute, just like
when adding a printer.

** Affects: gnome-cups-manager (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

** Attachment added: "Suggestion for an improved pop-up message"
