I disagree with Alan's opinion. I admit that until this samba bug
appeared I was using Dapper for real work. On the other hand, Dapper is
still beta - I understand that the priority is to fix the bugs for
Ubuntu 06.06, not for an intermediate beta. As Alan has pointed out, we
shouldn't push developers to produce a premature fix.

Another point from a bug management perspective: If there are two
different error scenarios, we should have two different bug reports.
Somebody understanding which issue is being fixed by the linux2go
package should file a new bug report with a clear description of the bug
fixed in this package.
