I totally agree. We should have more backgrounds installed with a
standard installation of Ubuntu. When I've got a first look at Ubuntu
when I just installed it I got the same feeling.

I think it is a great plus, also in the aspect of user friendlyness, to
have more backgrounds to choose from. Especially for new Linux users,
who are unfamiliar with the interface.
