[Bug 38403] wrong size fonts used in firefox GUI

Public bug reported:

when using non-standard dot-per-inch setting (on my system, I use 120dpi
in GNOME fonts preferences -- which matches the value reported by
xdpyinfo), fonts used by firefox are different size than those used by
other GNOME apps. This applies not only to fonts used for showing web
page contents, but also fonts used for GUI (menus etc). See attached
screenshot.
