OK let me see if I can clarify this bug:

Description of the problem:
Selecting Insert -> Send Options does nothing.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start evolution .
2. Press Shift-Ctrl-M to start a new mail message.
3. Click on the Insert menu and go to Send Options.

Expected result:
(Paolo I need your help here - what should happen? A new window with some options should appear?)

Actual result:
Nothing happens.

Version:
evolution 2.6.1-0ubuntu6

Paolo:
Is the above the issue you are reporting? If so what is the expected result?

Also is this really a security issue?
