[Bug 45355] Nautilus doesn't show anymore unmounted cd/dvd-rom icons in 'Computer' location

I don't know if this is intentional or not, but i used to have all the
cd/dvd drive icons listed in the 'Computer' location, also when there
isn't any disc inserted. When a disc is inserted, the icon pops up both
on the desktop and in Nautilus 'Computer'.
