[Bug 45336] Re: gok's applications menu entry does not get removed on uninstall

I'm guessing this results from the change we made to the gok menu item
some weeks ago. Did you have dapper installed some time already? I
expect this would not happen on a fresh install because there the menu
entry never appears.
