Thank you, it fixes 50% of the problem.

The changes in the of the description and location in the printer
properties dialoque are retained now. (These are the fixed 50%)

However the printer overview shows still only the not changeable printer
name. So the description and location are more or less useless.

By the way, why it is not possible to change the printer name?
