[Bug 45379] Log out tooltip

Public bug reported:

Under the panel's System menu:
The tooltip for the "Log Out <user>..." entry reads "Log out <user> of this session...".
This tooltip should be changed to read:
"Log <user> out of this session...".

Locale:  en_US.UTF-8
