[Bug 45421] gnome-cups-icon constantly uses >75% of CPU

Public bug reported:

Since updating Dapper, my processor has been stuck at no less tha 75%
utilization.  Gnome system monitor tells me that gnome-cups-icon is the
culprit.  Killing the process obviously fixes the problem, at least
temporarily.
