[Bug 45522] XChat-gnome shows popups on wrong monitor

Using Dapper, last updated a few days ago.

The appearance of the notification alert popup's were changed in a
recent build. These new notifications do not respect which monitor I am
running xchat-gnome on - they always appear on my first monitor (screen
0) instead of the monitor I am running xchat-gnome on. The old style
notifications in xchat-gnome behaved correctly.

The user list that appears when you click the "X Users" at the bottom
left of the window has the same  problem.

This was working correctly in earlier Dapper builds, it changed in the
last week or so I think?
