[Bug 45561] [Dapper] Help->"Ubuntu Book Excerpt" starts firefox instead of epiphany

Public bug reported:

When I click on System->Help->Ubuntu Book Excerpt, it opens up in firefox. However, I have set my defaut browser as epiphany.
I tried the other 4 items in the help menu, and they open in epiphany as expected.
