[Bug 45638] Human theme "rainbow" icon

Public bug reported:

some one suggested i submit a bug report so here it is

in the human theme in dapper the "graphic"'s menu icon is not polished,
its a rainbow and doesn't fit well with the look and feel of the theme

so i have made 2 alternatives and have provided the svg's
they can be found here
