Same here -- more or less.
After I boot up my computer all I have in "recent documents" is the option to clear the list. Therefore I have no choice but open Nautilus and open my documets from there -- but after I open one document, the "recent documents" list gets populated with the last documents I opened in my last session.

I'm pretty sure this problem started around the same time when Adrian
Moisey reported it (2 weeks ago).
