Ahh! I had some months ago an unofficial sourcelist added to my repo. But removed it again due to alot of dependency problems regarding -dev libs.
Though I thought I had got rid all its packages. (http://www.beerorkid.com. compiz and XGL)

I should have checked http://packages.ubuntu.com first, sorry for wasting your time :-/
Downgraded the package and it's working.
