[Bug 46011] URL hilighting does not copy final '/'

Public bug reported:

When hilighting a URL by hoovering over (before Right-Click copying, or
middle-click opening) then if the final character is a '/' this is not
copied:

  http://www.ubuntu.com/

Only the string "http://www.ubuntu.com" is highlighted and copied.

Mostly these makes no difference as the web-server produces a redirect,
however in some cases it does.
