[Bug 46051] Broken gnome-panel translations

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

There is something really wrong in the gnome-panel translations.

First of all, in the "Add to panel" dialog, there's some strings that
are translated into Spanish weeks ago, and since last langpack updates
from pitty[1] they appears in English.

For example, "(you can also directly drag and drop items onto the
panel):" is translated into Spanish as "(también puede arrastrarlos y
soltarlos sobre el panel):" (as you can see in [2]), and that
translation is in the .mo file:

(también puede arrastrarlos y soltarlos sobre el panel):

And second, the System->Help submenu is fully translated into Spanish
several days ago (as you can see in [3]) but the translations are not
applied. They appears in English yet.
