[Bug 46057] epiphany does not respect gnome-text-editor

Public bug reported:

Epiphany does not respect the alternative (update-alternatives) gnome-
text-editor.  I have set gvim to be my gnome-text-editor, but when I
select 'View Source' in epiphany it still uses gedit.
