Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
1. Open a gnome-terminal
2. Open a couple of tabs, and ls a few directories or cd to a different place in each so they're visually distinguishable when you switch tabs
3. Press Ctrl+Pageup and Ctrl+Pagedown a few times and see that everything works nicely.
4. Now press Shift+Ctrl+Pageup and Shift+Ctrl+Pagedown, and you will see that the contents of the terminal won't actually change, even though which tab is selected along the top is @_@
Shift+Ctrl was the binding I had setup in Konsole before, so I
accidentally discovered this out of habit. It doesn't seem to matter
what apps you have open. Holding down shift at the same time causes the
tab to change without actually switching the terminal.
** Affects: gnome-terminal (Ubuntu)
Severity: Normal
Priority: (none set)
Status: Unconfirmed
