[Bug 46440] There is no Croatian translation of desktopguide

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: yelp

Going to Sustav -> Administracija -> Pomoć -> Dokumenatacija sustava
(English: System -> Administration -> Help -> System dokumentation)
shows yelp translated to Croatian with some categorys translated to
Croatian. But it doesn't shows desktop guide in Croatian, but in
English.

Desktop guide is translated and /usr/share/omf/desktopguide
/desktopguide-hr.omf is on right location.
