totem-xine upgrade will not do a regression, people have libxine1c2 installed which "Depends: libxine-main1, libxine-extracodecs" with dapper so on upgrade you will have the extracodecs automatically installed -- Totem will not play dvd https://launchpad.net/bugs/28596
