[Bug 46730] The ubuntu-artwork translation template is not installed

Binary package hint: ubuntu-artwork

The ubuntu-artwork's Rosetta template is translated into Spanish, as you
can see here:

However, the gnome-theme-manager shows Human description as
untranslated, as you can see in the screenshot I attach.

I don't know if this is intentional, but I realized that there's no
ubuntu-artwork.mo file into the /usr/share/locale-
langpack/es/LC_MESSAGES directory.
