[Bug 46852] Missing/Wrong cursor

Public bug reported:

While generally quite nice looking, the cursor that is displayed when
dragging Metacity windows doesn't seem to match the default/Human cursor
theme.

To reproduce, click on any Metacity widow title bar and drag.  Cursor
displayed doesn't match theme.
