[Bug 47001] Giant Desktop emblem

See attached screenshot. I seem to remember reading that this isn't a
theme bug, but a gnome one. However, in the meantime, it needs to be
worked around at least (by setting the appropriate 'size=' for emblems
in the icon theme's index.theme.
