[Bug 47005] 'Switch User' button from 'System/Quit' should behave exactly like 'Switch User' from gnome-screensaver

Public bug reported:

At present, the screensaver offers a list of all users, while gnome-
session's logout screen just throws straight to a new GDM. Also, from
the logout screen, the current session is not locked, which is A Bad
Thing (tm), and possibly worthy of its own bug.
