I confirm this bug using dapper 20060528 and ubuntu-artwork 26.

These translations have to be added to /usr/share/themes/Human/index.theme
You could provide a patch with the translated Name/Comment for your locale.
Perhaps this can be fixed before final dapper release.

In attachment I have added the patch for dutch (nl) locale.

It is not a good idea to have 2 seperate issues in one bug report. It
makes it difficult to comment on and to mark the status of the bug.
Could you please report a seperate bug report for Tangerine issue, it
will probably be too late to get this fixed before final dapper release
since we have passed NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline.
