[Bug 47224] Logout / "Quit" icon moves each time I login

Public bug reported:

I am using Dapper RC - fully updated.

When I log in to Ubuntu it seems entirely random whether the Logout /
"Quit" icon is before or after the date. I personally think that it
should be after the date but consistency is much more important to me
than either place.

Everything has "Lock to panel" ticked.
