[Bug 34850] some menus have icons but no text

Public bug reported:

Yesterday (March 13th), I upgraded my laptop Toshiba from Breezy to
Dapper 5, and I found out that some menus don't have any text (I'm under
the French version).

Here are 3 snapshots to show you

For your information, I did the same, one month ago, w/ Dapper 3, on
another PC, and I did not have this problem, every icon had associated
text???
