[Bug 47337] large folder names displace list view/icon view button off pathbar

Nautilus Bug (2.14.1)

when entering a folder whose foldername is particularly big (when using
large fonts), the option to change list/icon view is pushed off the
right of the screen and does not reappear even after leaving the large
folder.

Perhaps this button could be placed above.

Since there are only two options, this could be a toggle button as well,
saving the user a click.

I came across this problem with foldernames as long this sentence, but
keep in mind that they are not uncommon, as rar files often produce
large foldernames.
