[Bug 47351] totem cannot play http playlists

I have just tried out Ubuntu Center, but get this (style) error when
using ampache and totem-xine (note, this does not happen in totem-
gstreamer, however, I cannot use gstreamer due to its poor DVD support):

Totem could not play
'http://127.0.0.1/center/music/play/index.php?song=2311&uid=0&sid=5901d4de0a5f4fd7582ade5b289720f2&ds=&name=/Red
Hot Chili Peppers - Death of a Martian.mp3'.

There is no input plugin to handle the location of this movie
