[Bug 39366] Always allow button doesn't work!

Public bug reported:

Allow application access to keyring box appears.
I click the always allow button, but it still ask's me again the next time that I start the program.
Unfortunatly the always allow button never seems to work in Dapper 6.06 & it was the same in Breezy too.

Not too sure how to collect more info for this bug.
