[Bug 47691] "Ubuntu Book Excerpt" doesn't respect browser preference

When I go to System->Help->Ubuntu Book Excerpt, the web page opens in Galeon, despite I set my default/prefered browser as Epiphany.
The problem does not show with the other entries in the Help menu.
