[Bug 70605] Gimp not updating graphic on screen after rotate

Using edgy.   I am using ltsp, so gimp is running on the server but
displaying on a thinclient.

When I rotate images by an arbitrary angle, after a few images (seems to
be random - anywhere from 1 to 5) the image displayed on the screen
stops updating (and doesn't update on anymore images until I shut down
gimp and restart).  If I do something like flatten layers, the rotated
image will appear.
