[Bug 70706] ASX parsing isn't very robust

Public bug reported:

The public radio stations in The Netherlands are streamed as Windows
Audio streams. There's only one problem: the ASX files are not quite
valid XML ('&'-signs aren't escaped).

This breaks Totem's playing of URLs with '&'s in them.. which sucks :)
