[Bug 70933] Error bars tab disappeared from the graph guru in 6.10

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnumeric

As stated in the summary, the tab for the error bars has disappeared from the graph guru making it impossible to give error bars to data series.
I found this problem in Ubuntu/Xubuntu 6.10 while it worked perfectly under dapper (gnumeric 1.6.3), in fact my temporary workaround was to downgrade the package to the dapper version (and it works!!!).
