[Bug 71109] Evolution Hangs

Public bug reported:

Evolution hangs at startup, consuming up to 100% CPU. Hangs at other
times as well - such as on Send/Receive (intermittently) - and while
accessing preferences (always).

I have tried disabling the plug ins, removing them, removing evolution,
reinstalling everything including recommended and suggested. Still no
success.
