[Bug 71387] ev doesn't create pdf in xubuntu

Public bug reported:

After installing a xubuntu x86, you have evince as pdf reader.

If you try to create a pdf document by doing :
   - Print
   - Create a pdf document

You'll get the message: 
"Generating pdf document is not supported"

Why?

It is so usefull to extract some pages from a huge pdf document.

I try to install all the libgnomeprint and the gnome-print, but nothing
works.
