I have the same bug when opening codeblocks projects: there file ending
is cbp but Code::Blocks uses XML for its project files.

(sry i have only german message:)
"Der Dateiname »GetDotA.cbp« deutet darauf hin, dass der Typ dieser Datei »Code::Blocks Project« ist. Dem Dateiinhalt zu Folge handelt es sich jedoch um den Typen »XML-Dokument«"
