[Bug 73755] http_proxy variable export

Public bug reported:

When the http_proxy variable is exported to the system, the syntax is incorrect,
the "@" is displaced to the ":" user-password separator.

So now is : "http://user@password:proxy_server:port" and it should be
"http://user:passwor@proxy:port".
