[Bug 73870] TIFF faxes display black & white but print black & black

Binary package hint: evince

Faxes from a Fuji-Xerox DocuCentre are displayed in black & white
correctly in the window but printed as black & black via CUPS-PDF and
other drivers.

This does not occur with Evince 0.5.2-0ubuntu3 in Dapper, but occurs
with Evince 0.6.1-0ubuntu1 in Edgy and gthumb in both Dapper and Evince
(2.7.6-0ubuntu1 and 2.7.9-0ubuntu1).
