[Bug 63378] Buttons on network selection have same accelerator

Public bug reported:

Start xchat-gnome.
On IRC menu, click Connect (Ctrl+N).
Check that both buttons, Close & Connect, have same acclerator (Alt+C).
Pressing Alt+C only focusses Connect button.

Ubuntu version: 6.06.1
