[Bug 63801] [edgy] Gecko spellchecker thinks almost everything is an error

In, for example, this field I'm typing in right now, most of the words
are red-underlined.

"for", "right", "most", "are" and "red" are not underlined.

I have tried this with en_US and en_GB, both have the same behaviour.  I
am unable to try this with firefox due to bug #63798.
